The agreement

These terms govern your use of DUSTER (the website and the DUSTER app). By using DUSTER you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the rink or organization you represent (“you”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Accounts

Accounts are set up for your organization’s users. You are responsible for keeping logins secure, for the users you add, and for activity under your organization’s accounts. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed as described on the Plans page. Prices may change with advance notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If payment is overdue, we may suspend access until it’s resolved.

Your data

You own the data you put into DUSTER. You give us permission to host, process and back it up only as needed to provide the service. You can ask for an export of your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service. For example, don’t try to access other organizations’ data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and support

We work to keep DUSTER available and reliable, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. For help, email chuckblier@gmail.com.

Disclaimer

DUSTER is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUSTER will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending service

You can stop using DUSTER at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. After service ends, you can request an export of your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use DUSTER after a change means you accept the updated terms.
